Yes. McKenzie Picave supports clients across Nottingham and throughout England and Wales. Much of our guidance can be provided remotely, with in-person support available where appropriate.
Do I need a solicitor for Family Court in London?
Not always. Many people represent themselves in the Family Court. A McKenzie Friend cannot replace a solicitor but can provide practical guidance, help with preparation and offer support throughout the court process.
Can you attend Family Court hearings with me?
Yes. Where appropriate, a McKenzie Friend can attend court with you to provide practical support, take notes and assist throughout the hearing, subject to the court’s permission and usual practice.
Do you only work with clients in Nottingham?
